Changes to MacKillop Bus Routes
Some MacKillop bus services are changing as a result of the broader bus network review undertaken by the Department of State Growth (DSG), the contract holder for all public transport services in Tasmania. The changes involve both school bus and general access services across all passenger transport operators, including Metro, and are expected to be introduced on Sunday 20 January 2019.

SUMMARY OF METRO SERVICE CHANGES FOR TERM 1, 2019 - AFTERNOON
Route 336PM from Rosny Park and Mackillop College to Opossum Bay via Cremorne and Clifton Beach will be changed. This service will instead commence from Rose Bay High and travel via Clarence High and Shoreline. It will no longer travel via Mackillop College.
Students from Mackillop College in 2019 who travel home on Route 336PM in the afternoon will need to catch the Route 316PM school bus from Mackillop College to Tranmere, departing Mackillop at 3.19pm, and transfer at Shoreline to the Route 336PM school bus. The Route 336 bus will not depart Shoreline until the Route 316 bus has arrived to exchange passengers.
To ensure sufficient capacity from Mackillop College on Route 316PM at the start of the 2019 school year, this route will be operated by an articulated bus.
