Strategic Planning Questionnaire
MacKillop Catholic College is currently reviewing its strategic plan. As part of the process we are seeking contributions from parents and guardians. This will be conducted in two phases. The first is the completion of a questionnaire inviting you to respond to key areas of College culture and future development. This questionnaire is attached and may be completed anonymously.
We invite you to complete the below questionnaire and return it to the College by Friday, October 16, 2009.
The second part of the consultation process is a parent consultation forum with members from the College Board. This will take place in the College library on Monday, October 26, 2009. This will commence at 5.45pm for a 6.00pm start. It is anticipated that the forum will conclude by 7.00pm.
All parents and guardians are invited to attend. For catering purposes we would appreciate an indication of your attendance at the bottom of the questionnaire (names are not necessary).
